The G150 features a revolutionary enclosure design that creates separate compartments for the powertrain and cooling system. The cooling system utilizes radial cooling fan technology- an industry first for mass production applications. Doosan Portable Power has a legacy of engineering rugged, dependable machines, able to withstand any terrain or harsh environment. The G150 has an impressive 43 hours of onboard fuel and the ability to operate in extreme temperatures, assuring reliable performance regardless of conditions.
- The new operator- preferred analog control panel has been enhanced with large, brightly lit meters for at-a-glance monitoring. The onboard engine diagnostic display panel contains the necessary controls and indicators that operate and maintain the aftertreatment regeneration process. A run/idle switch on the control unit ensures reduced engine wear during startup, especially in extreme cold temperatures. A Voltage Selector switch provides quick, easy voltage configuration and is a standard feature on the G150 T4F. This signature protection feature on Doosan Portable Power generators prevents operators form switching voltage during operation- a common cause of downtime and expensive component failure.
- Connection panels are now more accessible for improved safety and convince. The panels feature more power wiring connections available, a terminal board that accepts bare wire or lugged cable, an array of twist-lock and GFCI receptacles, and an optional comlock panel to further expand connection versatility. - A fuel efficient, Tier 4i-complient Cummins QSB7 T4F engine has an improved fuel economy, making the G150 T4F able to run for 43 hours at 100% load. Doosan’s industry-leading serviceability continues with 500-hour service intervals. The G150 T4F is equipped with a Leroy-Somer alternator with AREP, protecting against overload and short-circuiting, offering voltage stability and greater motor starting capacity.
- The G150 Tier-4F generator from Doosan Portable Power delivers the coolest and quietest mid-rangeT4i package on the market. At 100% load, the G150 delivers 150 kVA (120 kW) at 67 dB(A). For increased versatility, the G150 is equipped with a standard Dual-Frequency switch that allows the generator to change from 50Hz to 60Hz. Rugged running gear and a hardened enclosure safeguard Doosan Portable Power’s legacy of durable, dependable machines that stand up to harsh environments. An optional Tundra Package ensures performance in extreme cold, allowing the G150 to operate in temperatures as low as -40˚F/˚C. The package includes a coolant heater, oil pan heater, battery charger, battery heater pad, and heated breather hose.
